Who we are our history and our vision
Projex is a specialist team of qualified trades people from a variety of disciplines. I decided to create a company that could fulfil any requirements, with the lowest possible overheads. This meant projex could offer a high quality product, at a very competitive rate.
After working with many trades people on projects for over 30 years, managing teams, submitting proposals, overcoming snags, often with innovative solutions within a budget.
I gained an extensive knowledge of all things relevant to projects, all the things that work, and the things that don't.
The team can offer quality solutions for any project you may require at a very competitive price.
My experience working for a company as a service engineer/manager alongside and in collaboration with other engineers (both in the UK and the USA) working on complex projects and facility issues.
My responsibilities included:-

My Role in the Company
As the company founder I have numerous responsibilities within PROJEX.
- Creating the ETHOS:-
- it is my responsibility to ensure all standards are met.
- I am first point of contact and act as customer support, giving guidance and assistance when necessary.
- I listen to all of my customers requirements and budgets, assessing the steps needed to fulfil all objectives.
- I assess all project aspects, offer proposals, approximated costings with proposed completion dates.
- I will source and choose team members who are best suited to each particular project or task, ensuring the customer is liaised with regarding any limiting circumstances, snags or changes which might be encountered during the project.
- I will work to ensure all parties have an understanding of relevant time-frames and that costings remain realistic and within the scope of their quote/proposal.
- Customer service and satisfaction.
- I am responsible for overcoming any problems that may be encountered during the project and to minimise customer production downtime.
- Finally I act as a go between, ensuring both customer and the team are happy with the end result. I have a wealth of knowledge, which I use to filter out, "bad practice," and over charging. I act as a guarantee for the customer that all work will be of a satisfactory standard, delivered on time, and charged correctly.
