By carefully listening to our clients wishes, followed by a detailed site inspection and evaluation, then offering suitable proposals so that their objectives can be achieved. Then we carefully matching the correct team members required for the build. What will result is, a solid well thought through project, that will satisfy both the client and the individual team members.

It would start with a very informal chat, face to face. Then if you feel like, it could be something you would be interested in, then we would need you to supply 5 references from previous employers or customers. If all is well, and you join our team, then we evaluate your strengths and goals, and ensure we will promote and employ your individual skills to the best advantage. For the projects we undertake, we select the appropriate trades people to best fit the tasks required. Often multiple projects will be undertaken simultaneously. At no time will you be competing with other team members. We are all a family, our contractors are selected in respect to their availability, knowledge and skills. My job is to asses the project requirements, submit proposals, overcome any snags, establish good communication with client and contractor, and ensure delivery on time and to budget. PROJEX relies on happy customers and contractors alike. Our reputation depends on customer satisfaction from every project we undertake.

Skills, trades and experience
Our team consist of people from all walks of life - some highly qualified in various disciplines, some very experienced, some naturally gifted and skilled, but all must be highly motivated. If you work, to a high standard, and get deep satisfaction from a job well done, then you are the perfect fit.
We have over 30 years experience in project and facilities management. From an engineering background, so although the company manages the contractors, we are fully aware of certain limitations, we listen to all trade input and never attempt to micromanage our team members. We listen first, then manage second. Your skill and knowledge base is of primary importance. All proposals submitted, will be after consultations with all contractors, before submission. So our team will never face a deadline or budget that cannot possibly be achieved.
